2020 has been a challenging year for all enterprises. So many have had to adapt business models at the drop of a hat, having to react to changes in consumer behaviour enforced by government policy. It really has been a year when only those most able to change have survived.

As survivors, it’s important to learn the lessons of this year, ready to implement new plans for 2021. We have all learned the hard way, it is impossible to predict the future. However, looking back can help us respond to consumer needs in the future.
